Welcome to Fernhill Festival
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
🎟️ Tickets & Admission:-
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled or postponed
The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission without refund
A valid ticket must be exchanged for an official festival wristband upon arrival
🎫 Wristbands:-
Wristbands must be worn at all times whilst on site, including all minors
Anyone found on site without a valid wristband may be removed from the event
Lost or damaged wristbands may not be replaced
🔞 Age Restrictions:-
Fernhill Festival is mostly an 18+ event
Valid photographic ID may be required on entry
Under 18s are permitted on site, with a valid ticket purchase for all ages
🍺 Challenge 25:-
Under 25’s should provide a valid photographic identification when purchasing alcohol
🍻 Alcohol:-
Personal alcohol may be brought into the camping areas for personal consumption
Please drink responsibly and respect fellow festival-goers
No drinks or food to be consumed in the arena unless purchased from festival traders
🚫 No Glass:-
No glass bottles, jars or drinking vessels are permitted anywhere on site
Any glass found on site may be confiscated
🚫💊 Drugs & Illegal Substances:-
The possession, use or supply of illegal drugs, nitrous oxide or legal highs is strictly prohibited
Anyone found in breach of this condition may be removed from site and reported to the police
🔥 Fires, BBQs & Lanterns:-
No open fires
No fire pits in the fields - we will have a fire by the rock cave entrance
No BBQs or gas stoves
No fireworks
No Chinese lanterns
These restrictions help protect the farm, livestock and surrounding countryside thanks
🐕 Dogs & Animals:-
No dogs or pets are permitted on site
😊 Behaviour:-
Fernhill Festival is about good music, good people and good times

Respect fellow guests
Respect the farm and its neighbours
Respect staff, volunteers and performers
🚫 We will not tolerate:-
Aggressive behaviour
Threatening behaviour
Harassment
Discrimination
Anti-social behaviour
Anyone behaving in a manner likely to cause distress or danger to others may be removed from site without refund
🚗 Vehicles:-
Vehicles must only be driven in designated areas
Maximum speed is walking pace
Follow all steward instructions
No unauthorised vehicle movement within public areas
⛺ Camping:-
Campers are responsible for their own equipment and belongings
Please keep camping areas tidy
Use the waste and recycling facilities provided
🚜 Site Safety:-
Fernhill Festival takes place on a working farm
Uneven ground may be present
Agricultural infrastructure may be present
Follow all steward and security instructions
Strobe lighting, smoke effects and amplified music may be used during performances
🌎 Leave No Trace:-
Please help us keep Fernhill Farm clean and beautiful
